WEATHER POLICY

Monthly, Recurring Classes: Storms are common and quite unpredictable in Southwest Florida. We will always make safety our top priority. The following weather policy is in effect year-round for monthly, recurring classes:

ALWAYS ASSUME THAT THE CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE AS SCHEDULED, RAIN OR SHINE. NO NEED TO PHONE OR EMAIL, WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST TO GET OUR CLASSES IN SAFELY.

We make final decisions about the cancellation of each swim lesson up to 15 minutes after the class start time. For example, a 2:00 pm class may not be cancelled until 2:15 pm in the event of thunder and lightning.

In the event of a cancellation, families will be notified via text and email through Captyn. Make sure your text and email alerts are turned on in your Captyn account.  Each participant in attendance in a canceled class may email maria@t2aquatics.com to schedule a drop in 'make up' class within two weeks of the cancellation. We'll do our best to work with you to find an available spot. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED CLASSES.

Private Lessons will be rescheduled with your assigned instructor at time of cancellation.
